One Horse to Go

Finished the swimming pool tonight. I doubt anyone will be able to figure out what it is without being told. Maybe I should do some lettering around all of the motifs. Hmmm, lettering is not my favorite thing to do.
I have the last horse to hook, then the background and the border. I'm still planning to use the khaki/gold blanket that's downstairs as background. First I'll have to fill in some landscape around the horses and do the stage for the fashion show.
Amazing how ten minutes turns into several hours and half of the night is gone.

Thanks, Della.
The Ten Minute Challenge is really pushing me to work on it every day and I'm having a lot of fun with it.

Your rug is shaping up nicely. Hope everything is okay with your mom.

Was the trespasser the two legged variety?

Julie, I haven't identified the trespasser yet. Someone has been going into my barn and leaving lights on and doors open every so often for weeks, but last night the road gate was wide open. If the horses got through the barn and out onto the road they could kill someone (and be killed), so now I'm really angry. I spent hours today setting up a new fence, bolstering the gate, placing no trespassing signs, etc. Sunday, a friend is going to install a camera so I can find out who the idiot is.
